All products are couriered in cold packing regardless of the time in the year in order to protect them from heat during courier transition. We use Bluedart, DHL Express, Fedex Priority, other Standard Overnight however if circumstances where they do not serve a zip code, we use a normal courier for domestic shipments which can take up to 5 days. You are responsible for tracking the shipment.
We ensure sufficient cold packing which keeps them safe and fresh. For incorrect delivery address or phone number provided by the customer, we are not responsible for delay or loss in delivery. The customer must provide timely correct information to the courier service via the tracking number provided.
Chockriti Chocolates LLP is also not responsible if the courier service damages the package during transit time. If you see damage to the package you received, please share pictures immediately within a day, so we can timely place a complaint to the service provider.
If you received a wrong order or if the product is unsatisfactory, let us know in a maximum of two days, and ship the same in cold packaging to reach us within three days so we can understand the issue and provide refund/replacement as case is. However, if you have received the products we unfortunately, can not take them back under any circumstances as they are luxury indian chocolate which are perishable items with limited shelf life.
