This Bean to Bar chocolate is organically grown Indian cacao from a single estate and origin from the oldest organic cacao farm in India, with only two ingredients- pure cacao and pure Palmyra Palm Jaggery. They is no Soy Lecithin or Vanilla added.
Ingredients: Single Origin Indian Cacao 65%, Cacao Butter, Palmyra Jaggery, Pure Natural Tulsi (Hoy Basil) extract, Oranges, and whole pepper
This chocolate is dark bitter and less sweet than the 55% Belgian Cacao Chockriti products.
Less than 134 Kcal per serving (half bar-25g)
100% handmade, in small batches, using all
natural cacao, whole teas, flowers, spices, herbs
and fruits. No compound chocolate, vegetable
oil, trans-fat, corn syrup, invertase, egg, butter
or artificial flavors.
Instructions
Refrigerate in an air and moisture tight container. A white film can sometimes appear due to temperature changes however please note the chocolate is good to eat with no effect on quality.
Best before six months of manufacturing date.
